Cognizant Technology Solutions is looking for Senior Project Manager @ Pittsburgh, PA to join in our team of IT professionals in a permanent role. Responsibilities:
Lead project planning sessions and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
Oversee the development and implementation of project plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise.
Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and are completed on time and within budget.
Communicate project status, updates, and any changes to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
Utilize CX-Scrum Master expertise to facilitate agile practices and improve project efficiency.
Manage stakeholder expectations and build strong relationships with clients and team members.
Conduct regular project reviews and retrospectives to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to Cards & Payments.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of project components.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and methodologies.
Support the development of project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk management plans.
Must Have Skills:
10+ years of experience working as CX-Scrum Master role.
Strong background in Cards and Payments
Ability to manage the team and deliverables.
Strong knowledge in Agile Methodologies
Able to work on large initiatives and interact with multiple teams across the bank

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position depends on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
