Job Title: Technical Lead (Onsite)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Ab Initio and a strong understanding of the Cards and Payments domain. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and on-site with no travel required. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving technical excellence and delivering impactful solutions.

Roles/Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of complex data processing systems using Ab Initio.
  • Oversee the implementation of technical solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and deliverables.
  • Ensure the quality and performance of data processing systems through rigorous testing.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for all projects.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide technical solutions.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful project completion.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
  • Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards.

Qualifications

  • Possess a strong background in Ab Initio with proven experience in designing and developing data processing systems.
  • Demonstrate expertise in the Cards and Payments domain with a deep understanding of industry standards and practices.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Primary: Brooklyn - OH USA

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until November 21st, 2024.

The annual salary for this position is between $95,000 - $109,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
