Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7+ year of working experience in IT
  • 5+ years of experience in implementing ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, HAM Pro, SAM Pro, and SecOps modules
  • 3+ years of experience with JavaScript
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and JSON
  • Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Agile/Scrum and DevSecOps methodologies

Responsibilities

  • The project will be focused on development and delivery of integrations, out-of-box configurations and consultative services for low code software development.
  • Provide services to a team of engineers to design, deploy and integrate various product capabilities.
  • Contribute to design, technical direction, and architecture with various teams to build solutions
  • Manage Product Support on system functionality and provide fixes as required.
