For one of the leading European online E-commerce platforms we are looking for a Scrum Master. The ideal candidate will have a technical background and a proven ability to navigate complex build and deployment pipelines. This role requires excellent familiarity with software development and deployment processes in a multi-team context, particularly within a cloud-based platform infrastructure (AWS).

Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure 2 teams follows Agile practices.

Navigate the release of user stories and epics through complex build and deployment pipelines.

Support and guide the team in software development and deployment processes.

Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure smooth delivery and integration.

Continuously identify and implement process improvements.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Scrum Master, with a track record of successfully facilitating Agile teams.

Technical background and understanding of build and deployment pipelines.

Excellent familiarity with AWS and cloud-based platform infrastructures.

Experience in software development and deployment in a multi-team environment.

You need to live in the Netherlands.
