One of my best clients in the Netherlands is looking for an IT Lead who will coach, lead and support squads to deliver standardised, future proof and user-friendly solutions that will shape the future digital workplace services of the client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Management/HR responsible for approximately 40 FTEs.
• Resource management of IT capabilities within squads - recruitment, sourcing.
• Capability building of team members - continuous upskilling and reskilling of employees.
• Manage internal and external suppliers and (IT) vendors.
• Steer finance for team within budget.
• Drive continuous improvement and engineering culture.
• Ensure that systems comply with InControl/Security requirements and standards.
• Address IT impediments of squads.

Your capabilities:

• Experience with managing end user compute or IT infrastructure teams/services.
• Proven leadership and HR responsible experience.
• Accustomed and comfortable with a "span of control" of approximately 40 employees.
• Financial acumen - experience managing finance, cost models and budgets up to €10M.
