• At least 8 years of experience as an independent information analyst/business analyst.
• Minimum 8 years of experience with various platform packages related to input management and/or output management
• Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in advising, designing and implementing complex IT solutions, preferably in the field of correspondence or document management
• In-depth knowledge of software development and project management methodologies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively advise and work with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Completed higher professional education/university education in computer science, business administration or a related field
• Experience in tendering IT solutions.
• Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations regarding data protection and privacy, such as GDPR.
• At least two years of experience at organizations with >1000 employees and/or at the central government

Knowledge of and experience with agile development methodologies: Jira, Agile/scrum
HBO/WO working and thinking level
