Azure Platform Engineer | Long term project | Finance

Our client, one of the biggest banks in the Netherlands, is currently in the process of modernizing their Azure Platform. Hence, they are looking for an experienced Platform Engineer who can help them improve the standards of their grids and reduce cost spent on the Azure platform.

They are currently in the beginning phase of the project. So, they are looking for a person who already participated in a similar project, and who can steer the team in completing it.

Your responsibilities:

• Regularly monitor the health and performance of Azure resources using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights
• Create, update, and manage Azure resources such as virtual machines, databases, storage accounts, and networking components.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts
• Manage the AKS clusters

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Azure Platform Engineer
• Experience managing AKS clusters
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Helm charts
• Experience with Shell Scripting and patching
