Company Introduction
We have an exciting opportunity now available with one of our sector-leading telecommunication clients! They are currently looking for a skilled Workday Reporting Specialist to join their team for a six-month contract.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives

1. Support the business with regular analysis of employee data and reporting across global HRIS platform Workday.
2. Coordinate tracking and reporting of headcount planning and Workforce Planning including development and provision of monthly progress reporting.
3. Support in developing dashboards and metrics to be delivered on recurring bases, insuring they are timely, accurate, high in quality and meet the business needs of the stakeholders
4. Support in developing reports on employee data for analysis and decision-making, statistical data analysis and other reporting as required.
5. Creation of data capture and transformation tools on occasional basis.
6. Support People business leaders with monthly and periodic reporting requirements.
7. Support the development of HR Analytics capabilities, keeping up-to-date with external best practices and internal reporting developments.
8. Maintain a central library of data definitions and reporting-related documentation, processes and procedures to ensure quality assurance
9. Provide ad-hoc queries, reports, and analysis as requested by business users
10. Troubleshoot all reporting-related issues and problems

Required Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following:

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, Data Sciences, or other relevant field
2. At least 2 years of relevant experience in HR/HRIS and developing and delivering end user reporting/analytics
3. Knowledge of business information tools, HR systems, and advanced reporting environments
4. Experience working in an international, multi-lingual, and multi-cultural environment
5. Advanced skills in MS Excel and Powerpoint; knowledge of MS Access or other database applications a plus
6. Workday reporting preferred
7. Excellent attention to detail and analytical acumen
8. Strong communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills
9. Experience of dealing with multiple data sets and structures to develop structured reporting
10. Knowledge and experience of BI reporting systems and applications (APIs, EDIs, Tableau, etc.) preferred
