As a Solution Architect, you will guide cross-functional teams on architectural strategy, risk management, and compliance, helping them take full ownership of the products they build. • Provide architectural, compliance, and risk management guidance to teams.
• Mentor and coach multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, data-driven solutions.

Working within multidisciplinary teams-comprising engineers, data scientists, scrum masters, and product owners-you will contribute to the design, development, and operation of solutions with strong machine learning components.

Your talent and experience

• Friendly, approachable, and effective communicator.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering and/or data-driven environments.
• Experience with Python and Databricks solutions.
• Expertise in deploying solutions to Azure (3+ years preferred).
• Knowledge of CI/CD environments, with a focus on automation and testing.
• Passion for clean, structured, and scalable solution designs.
• Experience in regulated industries is a plus but not required.
• Solution Architecture experience is desirable, but not mandatory.
