What you will do

Do you have an eye for detail and like to communicate with different management levels or employees? Would you like to learn Workday (HR system) upside-down? This is a magnificent opportunity for you to step into the HR world and practice your German language.

HR Operations Analyst is responsible for providing administrative and transactional assistance on HR-related inquiries across EMEA and directly reports to the HR Operations Team Leader. You will be part of a team of 8-15 Analysts based in Bratislava.

How you will do it

  • HR Related Assistance

    • Assist Johnson Controls employees with basic and routine HR-related inquiries and provide solutions within agreed guidelines in both English and German language via calls, chats, and case management.

    • Support HR Center of Excellence and Business Partners on various HR-related administrative and transactional processes.

    • Provide Workday or other application training to HR teams within and outside HR Operations team, as required.

  • Support Employee Life Cycle

    • Play a crucial role in supporting the entire employee life cycle at Johnson Controls. From onboarding to termination, you will be responsible for creating paperwork, managing benefits, and ensuring accurate and timely processing of all employee transactions.

  • Quality Championship

    • Run HR Operations quality reports on weekly basis and articulate recommendations in an independent way.

    • Analyze HR Operations processes and pro-actively come up with time saving proposals.

What we look for

Required

  • Fluency in English and German B2/C1 language.

  • 2+ years of HR knowledge/experience within European Union countries

  • Team player with strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

  • High attention to detail with demonstrated planning and organizational skills and the ability to achieve objectives within deadlines.

  • Ability to work in a dynamic business environment and meet changing business needs and priorities.

Preferred

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business or related field of studies.

  • Experience in using a database management system, working knowledge of any HR Information System, ie Workday

  • MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) experience
