We are currently looking for a Technical Account Manager with experience managing relationships, troubleshooting day to day technical and operational issues.

You will be responsible for onboarding new participants and providing operational support to issuers, acquirers, processors, and network to network partners. Actively managing and escalating risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.

How you'll Do It

• Provide operational and technical support to acquirers, network to network partners, issuers, and processors. Researches complex situations and supports participants with operations.
• Support business development teams to expand acceptance. Onboardings new franchises, issuers, acquirers, processors, and software vendors on the network. Assists with contract negotiation and due diligence.
• Support participants through the semi- annual release process. Manages and coordinates certification. Ensures participants are in compliance with operating rules and regulations. Engages participants to support network initiatives.
• Analyse end to end transaction processing, troubleshoot issues and acceptance complaints, and support issuer launches.
• Mentor team members. Executes department initiatives. Leads the department to ensure processes and projects are well documented to meet auditing requirements.

Experience:

• 5+ years experience providing technical support and account management within Payments/Card Services sector.
• Good knowledge and technical understanding of card transaction processes and payment systems.
• Must be either fluent French speaker and/or have Middle Eastern client account management experience.
