My client, is on a mission to revolutionize the private equity industry with cutting-edge SaaS solutions. You will be at the forefront of innovation, working on projects that streamline and modernize dealmaking processes.

The Role: In this role, you'll be developing and delivering new features for my clients SaaS platform, working with a tech stack that includes Node.js, React.js, and TypeScript. You will collaborate with a small, elite team, contributing to both Front End and Back End development. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on innovative projects in the fintech and legal tech sectors.

Key Details:

• Salary: up to £65,000
• Location: London, UK (Hybrid model with 2 days per week in the office)
• Tech stack: Node.js, React.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Jest, Playwright
• Desirable Skills: Experience with Figma, DevOps, and product-based companies
• Work Environment: Collaborative, with opportunities for travel to Poland (Krakow) a few times a year

Who You Are:

You have over 2 years of professional experience as a software engineer, proficient in both Front End and Back End development.
You thrive in a small, high-performing team environment.
You are comfortable with a flexible work arrangement, with an expectation to be in the London office twice a week (three times a week during onboarding).
You value the benefits of in-person collaboration and are open to occasional travel to Krakow, Poland, a few times a year.
You have a keen interest in fintech and SaaS, with a particular focus on private equity.
You are passionate and have strong opinions about your work.
You prioritize simplicity and avoid over-engineering solutions.
You enjoy tackling new challenges and exploring new areas of work.
