Project Engineer: Structured Cabling

Our Client is looking for an experienced Project Engineer with experience in structured cabling.

Start Date: 02 January 2025
Duration: 220 days (initially)
Pay Rate: £167/day (PLEASE NOTE: Employer NI is paid for by the client)
Total Daily Earnings: £187.73 p/d(includes rolled up holiday)
IR35 Status: Inside
Location: Heathrow

Ideal Candidate:

  • Knowledge and Experience of Structured cabling systems
  • Technical understanding of Structured cabling systems
  • Assist project team to ensure correct paperwork - RAMS, Permits, WAN's and LSS submitted
  • Valid ECS or CSCS card
  • Knowledge required to manage a safe construction site, SMSTS qualification or equivalent.
  • Full driving Licence

Soft Skills:

  • Flexible approach and ability to work co-operatively within a newly created team environment
  • Should be a self-starter and be able to perform quality assurance and control to create technical deliverables that are error free/with minimal non-functional defects.
  • Experience in operationally supporting large, complex technical environment.
  • Methodical and structured in their approach to tasks.
  • Capability to organise and prioritise tasks
  • Strong interpersonal skills to establish/maintain relationships and interact with team members
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
