The Role

We are looking for a talented Microsoft Cloud specialist to help us design the very best solutions for our varied clients and to ensure that the varied Bluecube Client base are getting the most from the Microsoft future product roadmap.

In this role, you will be working very closely with our Client Engagement team, Growth team and our Project delivery teams, from pre-sales support through to planning and therefore you should be an excellent communicator. You should be capable of building both HLD and LLD solution designs and being able to justify the design principles with advanced technical stakeholders.

We are looking for someone who can translate client requirements into functional system designs whilst being able to communicate effectively with people at all technical levels. We'd also like you to have hands-on experience and be able to sit confidently across the table with our clients as well as with our own people at a senior level.

Your goal will be to ensure that our solution designs for our clients are elegant, modern, and effective whilst at the same time providing Real Time support for our Engagement and Growth Team colleagues by delivering excellent quality pre-sales support.

You will be working to

• Translate client requirements into functional technology designs with the ability to write proposal and design documents at a high and low level.
• Provide expert guidance regarding best practice Microsoft Cloud and Hybrid architecture design including Azure and Microsoft 365
• Support our Commercial Teams to ensure accurate cost modelling
• Support and develop our internal teams with advanced technical knowledge
• Easily convey technical requirements into plain English
• Act as an effective conduit between our Engagement, Growth, and our varied delivery teams
• Assist with specification and pre-sales questions for our core service offerings

Background and skills

• To have role relevant experience in Microsoft Cloud design and implementation
• To include MS365 (Modern Work) and Azure
• To be able to write client facing documentation
• To be able to engage client stakeholders at a senior level
• To bring an advanced understanding of strategic IT solutions
• To be connected with and bring an understanding of the Microsoft roadmap
• To have excellent communication skills
• To bring a problem-solving, creative aptitude
• To be great with people as well as technology
