Oracle EBS Developer - E-business Suite, R12.2. 80% REMOTE (1 DAY PER WEEK ONSITE) £580/DAY-£600/DAY INSIDE IR35.

My Higher Education client seeks a dynamic, intelligent R12.2 expert in Oracle R12.2 ERP with main focus on EBS (E-business Suite). Senior Analyst Developer in the ERP technical team, responsible for the development and support of HR and Finance applications based around the Oracle eBusiness Suite HR and Financials Management modules: Core HR, Payroll, HRSS, Learning Management, Compensation & Benefits Management, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, iProcurement, iExpenses, General Ledger, Grants etc.). Extra tech stack being Oracle RDBMS (including familiarity with EBS HR and/or Financials schemas), PL/SQL, SQL (high level) and Java (J2EE low to mid level).

This is a great opportunity to work as part of a cross-functional Agile product team to design, develop and improve software that meets user needs and improves their experience. This role will be responsible for writing and maintaining clean, secure code and software configuration, adopting a test-driven approach, and ensuring software is easy for others to reuse.

STRONG COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS A MUST!

With a firm knowledge of the software development life cycle, you will have experience of application software design and development, including significant knowledge of Oracle eBusiness Suite, preferably at any point release of R12.2. You should have knowledge of ITIL support processes including release management, the ability to supervise other technical staff if necessary, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to colleagues at all levels. You should have the ability to work in a team, sharing relevant knowledge and experience.

  • Mandatory skills are Oracle RDBMS (including familiarity with EBS HR and/or Financials schemas), PL/SQL, SQL (high level) and Java (J2EE low to mid level).
  • Familiarity with Agile working practices (Scrum/SAFe Framework) and tools (JIRA) would also be beneficial.
  • Development and support of HR and Finance applications based around the Oracle eBusiness Suite HR and Financials Management modules: Core HR, Payroll, HRSS, Learning Management, Compensation & Benefits Management, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, iProcurement, iExpenses, General Ledger, Grants etc.).
