Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled D365 CRM Support Consultant to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and a proven track record of providing outstanding support to clients. As a D365 CRM Support Consultant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' CRM systems, resolving issues, and delivering high-quality support services.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide frontline support to clients for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, addressing technical issues, troubleshooting problems, and resolving system errors.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique requirements and business processes, and provide tailored solutions and recommendations.
  • Perform system configurations, customizations, and enhancements to meet client needs, utilizing your expertise in D365 CRM.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to ensure they are proficient in using the CRM system and maximize its capabilities.
  • Document support tickets, resolutions, and best practices to maintain comprehensive records and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments and updates in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM technology, and share insights and recommendations with the team and clients.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including configuration, customization, and support.
  • Strong technical skills in CRM development, including JavaScript, .NET, and plugins.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience in a consulting or client-facing role is an advantage.
