*18 MONTH CONTRACT

We are looking for an experienced Digital Programme Delivery Lead to help Lead the delivery of the digital development within Defence Medical Services

Role -

Manage the end-to-end delivery of digital projects

Integration of COTS, as well as technical systems development

Build and maintain motivated delivery teams

Working closely with the Digital Product Owners

Coach team members applying most appropriate agile and lean tools and techniques for the environment

Completion of the digital and IT roadmaps

Management of budgets

Supplying reports and maintain stakeholder relationships

Quality programmatic artefacts

Ensure project and programme plans are maintained within cost

Planning, forecasting, estimating, managing uncertainty, metrics and measurements, contingency planning and road mapping

Ensure the correct SQEP is onboarded in a timely manner to support delivery timescales

Skills

Project Management qualification, such as APM PMQ

Agile/project management methods

Experience of working with digital service enhancements

10+ years of project management experience

5+ years in an equivalent role, with responsibility for digital service enhancements

Full project delivery life cycle

Experience in managing cross-functional delivery teams

Matrix-managing delivery resources

Hands on practical approach

Coaching, development and training Problem Solving and Ownership of team members

Ownership of problems and can apply intellectual and creative skills to implementing solutions Improvement, Change and Creativity

Experience of within Defence or Medical Systems
