A great opportunity for a skilled Senior Software Engineer specialising in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to join a leading global asset management firm in London. In this role, you will be part of a team focused on enhancing the digital experience for professional investors worldwide. This role emphasises Front End development, collaborating with business stakeholders, and contributing to a streamlined digital web presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete software development life cycle for assigned projects.
- Develop and enforce best practices, ensuring high-quality code through code reviews and technical feedback.
- Prioritise and manage technical debt while maintaining a user-focused approach in the development process.
- Actively participate in agile ceremonies and collaborate with product owners and team members to define project scope and deliverables.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Front End web technologies such as Angular, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
- Familiarity with Java, Spring Framework, and Docker is beneficial.
- Demonstrated experience in automated testing tools (eg, JUnit, Mockito, Selenium) and code management platforms (eg, Git, Jenkins).
- Knowledge of secure coding standards and OWASP security guidelines.
- Able to solve complex problems and adapt solutions as new information arises.
