We are seeking a "Hands-On" Application Development lead a dynamic technical team, with a current focus on managing a small group of 6-10 developers and technical staff. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), along with strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage all code reviews, releases, and ensure compliance with governance, security, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the current CE team, providing technical direction and ensuring project timelines are met. Oversee the technical development team for CE client engagements, ensuring seamless execution of deliverables. Act as the Development Lead for all CE client engagements, coordinating closely with clients to manage dependencies, technical requirements, and project governance. Collaborate on internal product development for CE, contributing to the growth and enhancement of our product offerings. Ensure strict adherence to governance, compliance, and security standards throughout the development process.

Ideal Candidate Profile: A background as a developer, with expertise in C#, Python, Java or similar programming languages.

Qualifications: A degree in Computer Science or a similar field.
