The role -
We are looking for a passionate and experienced IoT Engineer to join a busy Robotics team and work on different innovative robotics solutions.
Experience, skills and knowledge required for the role -
- on at least one of the Cloud Technologies: Azure, AWS and GCP (GCP is a preferable one)
- of LoraWan, Lora and/or Zigbee
- knowledge of the IoT market, End to End IoT project experience
- experience delivering IoT and/or Robotics solutions from incubation through to scale
- knowledge of application architecture, database architecture, networking and security
- be a Raspberry Pi hobbyist
- to create XML Config Files
- knowledge of Embedded software
You will be working with, and responsible for:
- with other architects and SMEs to develop an IoT and Robotics technical reference model
- IoT and Robotics business outcomes into architecture deliverables
- on vendor technology reviews and make recommendations to the appropriate design authority
- solution architectures and ensure compliance throughout project implementation
- on emerging IoT and Robotics trends/technologies
In this role the IoT Engineer will need to be willing to work in a hybrid way, with 3 days on-site on a Sunbury Campus.
