Devops engineer (Contract)
Location: City of London Country: UK Rate: £600 - £650 per day + inside Ir35
 

Role: Devops engineer/AWS specialist

IR35 status: Inside

Clearance required: SC clearance

2 x associates and the roles may well be HYBRID with an onsite location predominantly being in the London area. We are aware that the skills below may well not sit with just one candidate so will accept applications which cover a wide range of the skillsets.

  • Implement Platform Policies for PSM/CPM/PSM-SSH
  • Implement and troubleshoot Privilege Cloud connectors
  • First/Second/Third line support for early-life and implementation issues
  • Create policies on how to configure the ecosystem for a technology platform (safe permissions, safe-naming policies, recording policies, password policies, end-user experience, onboarding processes) based on discussed requirements with multiple stakeholder teams
  • Connector server hardening, maintenance, best-practice
  • Operational management - LB clustering, RDS licensing, certificates, connector deployment, health alerting
  • Develop custom CPM connectors (Windows - standalone/AD/EntraID, Linux - Password/Keys/Certificate, MSSQL standalone/AzureManaged/AWS-RDS, Oracle AWS-RDS, MySQL AWS-RDS, PostgreSQL AWS-RDS)
  • Develop custom PSM connectors (Windows - standalone/AD/EntraID, Linux - Password/Keys/Certificate, MSSQL standalone/AzureManaged/AWS-RDS, Oracle AWS-RDS, MySQL AWS-RDS, PostgreSQL AWS-RDS)DPA
  • Implement connector pools and dynamic resource policies for on-premises, Azure, AWS
  • First/Second/Third line support for early-life and implementation issues
  • Implement SSH, RDP, and Database connectors
  • Implement DPA integration to AWS, Azure (GCP)
  • Connector server hardening
  • Manage recordings/audit trail
  • SCA
  • Implement SCA integration to AWS, Azure (GCP)
