SuccessFactors and HCM Solution Lead (Permanent)

Location: England Country: UK Rate: £85,000
 

I'm looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors/HCM Solution Lead for an exciting opportunity.

You will be responsible for heading up the design, configuration, analysis, and support of SAP SuccessFactors and HCM modules/solutions, along with handling related integrations and user interfaces.

You must be eligible for SC Clearance.

The role is remote working with very occasional visits to the company office closest to you.

Salary: £85,000

Some day-to-day duties of this role:

  • Working closely with customers to deliver, maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance SuccessFactors and HCM functionality.
  • Bringing functional and configuration knowledge to support SAP solutions, especially in SuccessFactors, SAP HR (OM/PA), and Payroll (ECC6).
  • Keeping all business processes, functional specs, technical specs, test scripts, and training docs up to date.
  • Ensuring compliance with existing standards and developing necessary data and reporting standards.
  • Maintaining the integrity of SuccessFactors and SAP HR configuration across multiple systems.
  • Sharing best practices and configuration skills to support business implementations.

Must-haves:

  • Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors and SAP HR design, configuration, and support.
  • Proven track record in managing and leading projects, changes, and releases.
  • Excellent knowledge of HR master data, structures, portlets, and reports.
  • Ideally you will have SuccessFactors Certification in Employee Central, Compensation, and Recruitment or equivalent.
