A global Organisation that operate in the energy space are on the lookout for a talented M365 Specialist to join their hybrid team in Aberdeen.

They're a global leader in the delivery of offshore projects and services in a booming and ever-evolving industry. Some of their main activities include installation and construction, offshore renewables, decommissioning and engineering, amongst others.

As a M365 Specialist, you will be tasked with offering technical support and guidance to users of the M365 platform, emphasising support for B2B guest users. Additionally, you will contribute to the creation and deployment of solutions utilising M365 tools and services like Microsoft Teams, Azure, Power Platform, and SharePoint Online.

The role will entail providing support to M365 users, particularly external customers and partners, addressing issues related to access, functionality, and collaboration. This includes developing and maintaining documents and training materials, such as best practices, policies, and procedures. The specialist will monitor and troubleshoot the M365 platform, including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Power Platform, and other integrations, escalating issues as necessary. Additionally, they will assist in the development and deployment of solutions to enhance the M365 platform, such as workflows, forms, web parts, apps, and integrations. Participation in the testing and evaluation of new M365 features and updates, along with providing feedback and recommendations, is also required. Furthermore, the role involves contributing to the governance and security of the M365 platform, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

Ideally, the successful candidate will have some of the following:

• Experience in the upkeeping and development of solutions on the platform like Microsoft Teams, Azure, Power Platform, and SharePoint Online.
• Experience working in cloud services like Azure.
• Experience in supporting guest users and facilitating external collaboration.
• Highly skilled in M365 and other related technologies (SharePoint Online, Azure, Power Platform, Teams, HTML, CSS )
• Certifications in Microsoft technologies like M365 (preferred), Azure, .NET etc would be highly beneficial!
