Scrum Master - 6months + - Cairo, Egypt

Global Enterprise Partners is currently seeking an experienced Scrum Master for IT development squads based in Cairo. This role involves facilitating Agile development processes and ensuring successful sprint execution within our clients IT projects.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile Ceremonies: Plan and facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives specifically tailored for IT development squads.
• Remove Impediments: Identify and remove any obstacles that might be hindering the progress of the IT development squads.
• Support Product Owner: Assist the Product Owner in managing the product backlog, ensuring it is well-defined, prioritized, and ready for the next sprint.
• Promote Agile Practices: Educate and coach IT development squads on Agile methodologies and best practices, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles.
• Monitor Progress: Track and communicate team progress, performance, and metrics to stakeholders using tools like burn-down charts and velocity charts.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
• Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or in a similar role.
  • Proven experience working with IT development squads.
  • Demonstrated experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
• Certifications: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or equivalent Agile certification is preferred.
• Skills:
  • Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional IT teams.
  • Proficiency with Agile tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar.
