Job Responsibilities/Objectives

The cornerstone of our company will be the Project Manager. In the initial phase, your responsibilities will be very diverse, as you will be heavily involved in the development of processes and strategies.

Tasks will include, among others:

1.Managing customer relationships
2.Managing subcontractors/engineers
3.Managing relationships with third-party vendors
4.Supervising managers
5.Project planning and forecasting
6.Shaping processes and creating work systems

Required Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following:

1. Experience in managing FTTH projects in one or more aspects
2. Thorough knowledge of the fiber optic network construction life cycle
3. Experience in coordinating the various aspects of the construction life cycle
4. Proficiency in Excel
5. C1 English C1 German
