Our client is seeking an experienced Business Engineer to join their team and contribute to the development of their digital pension portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business engineering within financial services or insurance, particularly in the areas of private pensions or securities investments.


Requirements
  • Proven skills in business engineering in areas such as digital investment platforms, digital pension solutions, consulting solutions or similar
  • Professional experience in business engineering at a financial services provider or insurance company, ideally in the area of private pensions or securities investments (private investors)
  • Strong conceptual, creative and analytical skills as well as methodological competencies such as BPMN, GUI prototyping, story maps, etc.
  • Ability to analyse features down to the technical solution design, to socialise with developers and to accompany and approve implementation
  • Solution-oriented and structured way of working with complex content and quick comprehension
  • Experience in agile change organisations (preferred: scaled frameworks such as "SAFe")
  • Communicative, positive and strongly customer-oriented personality and open-minded team player
  • German working proficiency
