Business Analyst - Understand business requirements and functional specifications and map them to technical activities. Conceptualize and create end-to-end design for business problems. Collaborate with architects to drive best-in-class design. Map requirements to configuration or customization elements in salesforce

• Experience: 7+ years of relevant technical and business work experience
• Experience in Financial Service Domain. FSC certification is good to have.
• Experience as a Business Analyst, specifically with CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
• Strong understanding of CRM principles, concepts, and standard methodologies. Admin certification is plus.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using CRM tools or other data analysis software.
• Effective communication and social skills to interact with diverse senior team members.
• Project management experience with the ability to prioritize tasks and lead deadlines effectively.
• Familiarity with software development process (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Optional: CRM system certifications like Salesforce Administrator
• Experience working on projects implemented in Agile methodology.
• Experience in defining and implementing technology solutions for a major international institution.
• Extensive experience with implementing a similar system.
• Extensive experience in gathering business requirements and developing functional specifications with special emphasis on use cases, defining test cases, and providing user training and support.
• Strong process analysis skills and ability to suggest improvements for the efficiency and effectiveness of solutions based on industry-standard methodologies
• Knowledge of business analysis standard methodologies (such as BABOK) and ability to optimally apply them
• Advanced knowledge of the specific business areas, processes, workflows, standards, and business practices
• Proven conceptual, analytical, and judgmental skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate well with all levels, technical as well as non-technical stakeholders

The annual salary for this position is between $90,000 - $125,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
