How Will You Make an Impact?

This is a key role on the Quality team impacting overall quality process functions for the leading manufacturer of Ion Chromatography consumables worldwide. This role will support the Quality team by providing support to all quality system activities with focus on SharePoint administration, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) documentation and Training documentation

What will you do?
  • Responsibilities include devising processes or improving existing processes for CAPA and training reporting as well as administrating the details of the business QMS (Quality Management Systems) SharePoint portal.
  • Assist QMS Programs Manager in maintaining the quality system.
  • Support the site s training program by reviewing, updating and reporting training metrics for site employees to QARA management
  • Support CAPA program by collecting CAPA data each month for reporting
  • Support Calibration program by sending reports and following up on responses for action; escalating to QMS Programs manager as appropriate
  • Be a key member of the internal audit team
  • Assist with Data Analysis as appropriate
  • Ensure documentation of the QMS programs is organized and retrievable
How will you get there?

  • Bachelor s degree preferred, but not required
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Demonstrated skills in Microsoft Office Suite
    • High proficiency with MS Word and MS PowerPoint
    • Intermediate proficiency in Excel
  • Ability or demonstrated potential to learn and manage a SharePoint site as SuperAdmin
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong detail orientation
  • Ability to prioritize according to objectives: A Self Starter
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time and resources to meet objectives
  • Ability/Potential to work with other functions in the organization/site
  • Knowledge or experience in Quality organization preferred
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 a plus
  • Six Sigma, LEAN or PPI knowledge/experience a plus
