6 month plus contract possible right to hire position for a Sr. Help desk support specialist. Ideal candidate will have min. 2 year IT Degree and 2-4 years experience working in a large help desk environment. Candidates should have A+, or MCP or Net+ certifications.
Candidates must have a stable work history and prior experience troubleshooting, PC, workstations, telephones, and mobile devices. Provide technical support via telephone or email. Candidate will document, then escalate or resolve all IT service requests via the Call Tracking system - Remedy. Candidates must have excellent customer service skills, IT troubleshooting skills working with MS Office Suite, Windows 7-10 operating systems, Mobile devices such as iphones/ipads, etc., Able to troubleshoot wireless network issues, etc., This is a Corporate level support position. Hours will range from 8am-5pm to 10am-7pm and will include a weekend day.
All candidates must be able to pass a 20 year criminal background check. Local candidates only. Onsite interviews required.
