The Social Client is recruiting a Technical Project Manager to join the Professional Services team and help make things real for our clients. This position is also an opportunity to join the ongoing project of building a global offer on professional services.

Mainly based in Paris, France, the team is expending to reach the US market. You will be part of this new extension, and thus will be part of the foundations of the Miami team. The occasion for you to help us organise, scale a new team !


As part of the Professional Services team, you'll have to explore, adapt and master our partner tools on the usages and the technical side (known limitations, API capabilities, ...). As of today, our two main partners are Dimelo and Lithium. We're also working with Zendesk, Oracle, iAdvize and social platforms such as Facebook's and Twitter's.

As the Technical Project Manager you will have to:

- Gather and understand the customer needs through workshops, delivering technical and functional specfications

- Define planning and deadlines in collaboration with different teams members (designers, developers, ...)

- Steer project's developments

- Follow the progress of the project and report at each milestone to the client

- Test and deliver the project

- Set up the tool, document the project, train the users and provide customer support if needed


- Previous experiences in project management or entrepreneurship

- A strong engineer or technical know how (through schooling, experiences, self-teaching, )

- Independence, diplomacy, good writing and relationship skills

- A proficient level in English, with ease in international relationship. Understanding French is a great added value.
