They are now looking for a Vice President of Sales to join their team.

As a Vice President of Sales, you will lead a corporate-wide team of sales professionals and maximize sales of our client's software solutions and services.

Through your love of selling and exceptional coaching skills, you will lead and manage the Sales Team to develop and close new business with prospects and existing clients.

Ensuring that sales processes are followed, you will help to negotiate pricing, terms and actively close sales. Additionally, you'll travel throughout the country, both individually or with colleagues, to visit key clients.

Your other duties will involve:

- Developing your team's skills
- Demonstrating the fundamentals of selling and recognizing opportunities that enhance business value
- Achieving and exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets

Interested? To be considered, you will need:

- At least five years' experience of directly leading sales teams that sell software and service-based solutions, into targeted new name accounts, with deal sizes that range from $100K to $1M+
- Experience of enterprise software solutions and large, complex organizations
- To be a proven leader, mentor and coach with the ability to lead sales teams to meet quotas
- A Bachelor's degree in Sales and Business Marketing with an emphasis on sales or a proven track record in a sales leadership

Client-focused and determined, as the Vice President of Sales, you'll need excellent collaboration and teamwork skills. You'll also be a confident communicator who can understand a client's business, needs, challenges and expectations.

Due to the travel requirements of this role, candidates must be based in the Southeast Michigan area, or be willing to relocate.
