This is your opportunity to join a rapidly growing technical recruiting firm! GTN Technical Staffing started in 2000 and has grown to over $40M in annual revenue. To fuel our growth, we are expanding our recruiting force to meet the increasing demands of our clients.

GTN believes in paying for performance and results. Each of our professionals is given all the tools necessary to be successful. Your success and commissions will be a measure of your personal investment of time and effort in your career. You can expect to earn in excess of $100,000 in your first year. There is NO CAP on your earnings, as there is in many other recruiting organizations.

Each of our top producers earns well in excess of $200,000 a year.

You will be based in north Dallas and will report directly to the VP of Recruiting. You will be expected to target, identify and isolate quality technical professionals to interview for and accept offers from our top clients. This will include earning referrals, conducting in-person interviews in our office, and representing to our account managers only those candidates most qualified to fill the requirement.

Compensation is a mix of base salary plus activity bonuses plus commissions. A 100% commission plan is also available.

GTN is open to candidates relocating to the Dallas, Texas area.

Required Skills:
A bachelors degree
Good grammar, spelling, and writing skills
3+ year(s) recruiting experience - technical recruiting a plus
Professional image and demeanor
A charming personality
A true desire to make over $100,000 per year

Thick skin
Basic understanding of PCs and Internet technologies as a user - GTN employs a powerful applicant tracking system and multiple commercial resources to streamline your effectiveness and eliminate the paper.
