Team Lead-Application Support (Permanent)

Location: Luxembourg
 

Team Lead-Application Support

Come join our team supporting the European Investment Bank in their critical work supporting the Green Energy transition, and key infrastructure projects across Europe.

As a Technical Support Lead, you will be responsible for leading the team managing key applications and supporting infrastructure providing the financial support for these critical projects. You will also act as a point of contact between business and IT teams and coordinate continuous systems evolution deployments across environments.

  • Previous experience leading technical teams
  • Management of technical support activities and acting as a point of contact between Business and IT teams
  • Experience in the area of application support with a responsibility for managing the resolution of application and system issues
  • Ability to resolve and explain complex issues to those with limited IT and systems knowledge
  • Knowledge of IIS installations and administration
  • Knowledge of Data models as well as Oracle and MongoDB including performance analysis (end to end)
  • Experience in coordinating and harmonising CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience in administering CI/CD pipelines via Azure
  • Experience in monitoring & Application Scripting
  • Fluent English, French is an advantage.
