Account Manager, Internal Sales, Client Manager, Supplier Manager - IT Managed Services.

A leading IT Managed Service provider has exciting openings for Junior Account Managers to join a large client relationship team, to assist in the delivery of outsourced technology services to one of their biggest enterprise accounts. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates looking to develop their career within client and supplier relationship management.

This successful candidates will join a programme of work focused around consolidation of suppliers under a new managed service, and the successful candidate will own relationships and engagements between the end client and service providers. We are looking for very strong communicators who are able to manage stakeholders effectively.

This is an initial 6 month contract with a view to longer-term opportunities.

Areas of Responsibility will Include:

  • Supplier engagement and relationship management, to include cost negotiations and ensuring delivery according to SLAs.
  • Managing client expectations relating to Solution and Service delivery; meeting with stakeholders to provide updates.
  • Providing quotations to the client for new solutions/services. Liaising with suppliers around delivery to ensure timeframes are met.

To be considered we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in a similar account management or internal sales specialist role.
  • Knowledge of the supply chain when delivering services and solutions.
  • Experience dealing with client queries and managing through the sales process.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
  • Background within an IT Service environment, eg reseller, service provider (preferred).
  • Good negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and relationship building skills.
