Delivery Manager

One of our government clients is recruiting for a Delivery Manager to join them in a contract until the end of the financial year. They are offering 600 per day, inside IR35.

This role is hybrid working, based in their London offices (Aldgate East).

As the Delivery Manager, You'll help your 26,000+ digital and data colleagues deliver transformational change by enabling the development of strategies, principles, standards and identifying best practice, as well as supporting the adoption and embedding of these into the public sector.

Our client's product teams are currently focussed on Artificial Intelligence, DevOps, Platforms and Colleague Experience, making these easier for organisations of all sizes, identifying opportunities and managing the aggregate risks of these technologies to UK Government.

Experience Required:

- Project management experience, or a desire to develop project management skills

- A knowledge of Commercials (Frameworks, Green Book etc.) to work with CCS

- Strong supplier engagement experience

- Collaborating across public sector organisations and with external tech industry partners

- A sound understanding, or demonstrable interest in digital and data

- Translating complex material into clear written and oral communications, with a wide range of technical and senior stakeholders.

- Working in an agile context, as part of a multidisciplinary team, with a good understanding of government organisations and user-centred design
