We are hiring a proactive EUC Analyst to support our IT operations, ensuring smooth end-user experiences and maintaining system integrity.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for end-user devices and software.
Manage desktop/laptop configurations and software deployments.
Collaborate with IT teams to resolve issues and implement upgrades.
Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures.
Conduct user training sessions
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Proficiency in configuring, deploying, and supporting Windows and/or macOS operating systems.
Experience with enterprise management tools such as Microsoft SCCM, VMware Workspace ONE, or similar.
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
