IT Service Delivery & Cyber Security Analyst - Office 365

Based in Redhill, Surrey (working on a hybrid basis - 2 days per week in the office and 3 days at home) an IT Service Delivery & Cyber Security Analyst is required on a contract basis to work with a renowned global organisation.

Initially this contract will be for 6 months with a strong likelihood of extensions and the potential of a long term assignment. You will be required to work through an umbrella company or PAYE.

Our clients Windows IT infrastructure is hosted abroad. 50% of the role will be ensuring the service delivery of IT operations deployed locally in the UK.

You'll be expected to advise on potential technical improvements and help out on the service desk occasionally.

The other 50% of the role is working with suppliers to advise on cyber security. Experience of cyber security is necessary as you'll need to ask questions about Disaster Recovery procedures.

Candidates must have commercial experience providing 1st and 2nd line support (ideally within the banking/financial services sector), experience of Office 365 (Power BI, Power Aps) and strong attention to detail.

Experience of facing off with international teams would be preferred and any French-speaking skills would be ideal.
