The Role

Our partner is looking for a skilled Senior Full Stack Developer, with significant Front End development experience in ReactJS, to play a key role in architecting and implementing shared components for their project. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, propose solutions and ensure the delivery of high-quality shared components that drive innovation and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with development teams to understand requirements, constraints and best practices to propose solutions for developing shared components.
  • Architect and build shared components that can be utilised by multiple development teams, accommodating variations in the tech stack.
  • Act as a lead in the delivery and implementation of shared components, providing support and guidance to ensure successful integration and utilisation by wider teams.
  • Uphold code quality standards through rigorous testing, code reviews and adherence to best practices.

Skills/Requirements

  • Strong full-stack development skills, with a proven track record of working on large-scale projects from inception to deployment.
  • Proficient understanding of web development technologies, including HTML, CSS and JavaScript, coupled with experience in modern Front End frameworks including ReactJS and Next.js.
  • Solid grasp of network fundamentals including security, routing, domain strategy, web architecture and authentication.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to effectively communicate with various levels of management and technical/non-technical stakeholders.

Notable: This work will require a level of hybrid engagement, represented by 1-2 days/week onsite near to Westminster.
