Enterprise Software Sales Manager (Permanent)
Location: München Country: Germany Rate: £120k - £140k per annum + commission, benefits, negotiable
Enterprise Software Sales Manager is required by a growing enterprise software company to lead sales and business development across DACH countries.
You will be responsible for:
- leading and managing the sales process
- expanding business within and outside of existing portfolio of customers by building long-term strategic relationships
- forecasting, building and maintaining a sales pipeline in collaboration with sales development team
- creating a sales plan to enable a culture of execution that will drive new customer acquisition, expand on current customers and keep high retention rates
- leading client and prospect meetings
- mentoring and growing of the sales team
- identifying new opportunities in industry verticals and driving expansion into them
Required experience:
- extensive B2B enterprise software sales experience
- ability to motivate and lead a sales team
- willingness to travel across Europe
- proven track record of meeting and exceeding business development goals and targets
