Enterprise Software Sales Manager (Permanent)

Location: München Country: Germany Rate: £120k - £140k per annum + commission, benefits, negotiable
 

Enterprise Software Sales Manager is required by a growing enterprise software company to lead sales and business development across DACH countries.

You will be responsible for:

  • leading and managing the sales process
  • expanding business within and outside of existing portfolio of customers by building long-term strategic relationships
  • forecasting, building and maintaining a sales pipeline in collaboration with sales development team
  • creating a sales plan to enable a culture of execution that will drive new customer acquisition, expand on current customers and keep high retention rates
  • leading client and prospect meetings
  • mentoring and growing of the sales team
  • identifying new opportunities in industry verticals and driving expansion into them

Required experience:

  • extensive B2B enterprise software sales experience
  • ability to motivate and lead a sales team
  • willingness to travel across Europe
  • proven track record of meeting and exceeding business development goals and targets
