Your Can-Do attitude, strong analytical skills, and commercial acumen will see you providing an essential role within the team and their overall business. Your Responsibilities:

Produce Monthly HR metrics report eg (turnover, starters/leavers, demographic data, recruitment, WHS, performance, exit interviews etc) from payroll reports and other HR source data (spreadsheets and trackers) at a team and organizational level.
Producing data/reporting for HR Team to executive level
Operate as the key Data Owner of remuneration systems, providing reporting and data generation for annual remuneration review
Produce pay equity reports bi-annually using organizational and payroll data
Ownership of workforce plans with finance, business and HR team - monthly
Supporting the HR team on systems integration and data harmonization between systems and processes (ie performance reviews and remuneration reviews)
Using HRIS reporting functionality.
Measurement of incentive/bonus effectiveness
Overall tracking of the HR budget

Your Skills:

Degree/Tertiary qualification in related discipline
2+ years of commercial experience as a Data Analyst
Demonstrably strong Analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to find and report information
Strong technical skills in Excel is essential with skills in Reporting tools ideal (eg HRIS)
Experience work as part of a Human Resources or Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Team would be ideal but is not essential
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are absolutely essential
